IHG One Rewards

We wanted to develop an evergreen recognition platform that members can anticipate annually that celebrates and excites. For five consecutive days on Instagram, we introduced Happy Next Year on @IHGOneRewards. Each day introduced a theme that celebrated what members loved and how IHG and its members showed up together. The comments section lit up as members were asked to engage with different prompts or respond to different native tools within the platform. For select engaged members, @IHGOneRewards would slide into DMs with a Surprise & Delight that connected back to each days’ theme.
